In July 2014 my wife and I obtained three estimates for the conversion of our attic to a bedroom with en-suite. Gary Rendell provided one of these estimates which we accepted because he gave us dates for the work and could arrange for the necessary planning. Planning was completed efficiently and the work commenced on the date that was agreed. Throughout the initial weeks on site all entry to and from the house for both workers and their materials was via an opening in the roof, which meant no disturbances to the house. Apart from a break for Christmas all works continued as planned but with the advantage of being able to make adjustments as we went along. For instance, the exact position of the staircase was altered to create a larger shower room. The planning officer visited as required and everything was passed without a problem. The different tradesmen arrived at the arranged times and completed their work efficiently and tidily. Gary himself and Matthew were always on site to ensure the work progressed properly and they finished everything on the agreed date, leaving us to decorate in our own time. The conversion has been greatly admired and we are absolutely delighted with the work that has been carried out. We would recommend Rendells for any loft conversion work and we are really greatful to the company for their advice, for completing all the work to a high standard, on time and within the agreed estimate.
