Dear Mr g rendell A number of years ago we employed you to convert our loft at the above adress in to a habitable area, Ie; A bedroom. This involved removing/replacing doors, celings and walls, adding a staircaseand changing the use of a small bedroom in to a hallway/stairway up in to the loft. The work was carried out to a very high standard with the minimum of hassle and fuss. the whole process went very smoothly abd co-ordination between yourself and other parties was effortless. My wife and i are overjoyed with the end resuls, I still find it hard to believe that a relitively small loft space was turned in to a lovely, very roomy bedroom with side window and two wonderfull velux windows in the roof.
