This loft conversion was produced for a Mr and Mrs Higgs at Gillingham by Rendells Loft conversions South West L.T.D of Yeovil. The bungalow had a pitched double hipped roof so we had to install two new gabled ends to the property. this allowed us to create a full sized dormer extension to the back of the loft space. This gave ample room for the customer to have 2 master bedrooms and a large luxury shared bathroom with bath and large shower. On the front elevation we built a small pitched roof dormer to allow the stair case to have an open plan feel as you walked in to the property this created a small mesenine balcony area. This loft was finished fully fitted with wardrobes paint work and carpet.
