This 3 bedroom detatched property is owned by a Mr and Mrs Lovell, we were pleased to be able to quote for their forth coming loft conversion. we were then asked to undertake the work. Mrs Lovell was working for the local building controll office as a top building controll officer. we felt privileged to be given this contract. the loft conversion was to be a luxury bedroom for themselves with 2 large velux windows on the back of the loft and ornate round window on the gable end.The original roof was of a new construction which was made up of pre built wooden truses, so the whole roof had to be completly cut out whilst a newly contructed stronger roof fitted underneath. As you can see from the pictures it has made a fantastic edition to the house. Rendells Loft contructions South West L.T.D Of Yeovil have been asked back to the property to complete sevral other jobs after this project was completed. I.E fitting of kitchen, repointing the property and sevral minor jobs.
