Hi my name is gary Rendell director of Rendells Loft conversion South West L.T.D. My aim is to create your tailor made perspoke loft conversion/extension.
1 - First we can come out to your property at a time that is convinient to you this could be daytime or evening time. weekday or weekend , to inspect your property and your loft space and to answer any questions or concerns you may have abour forthcoming loft conversion. this service is tottaly free to any area.
2 - We will have a full quotation delivered to your door for your loft conversion within 7 days of our first visit. We can also discuss our easy payment plan for your loft project or extension work.
3 - We are pleased to offer the service of sorting out your work from start to finish including planning if applicable building controll all structural design and arcitectural recuirements.
4 - The first rule With Rendells is to minimize the space lost by encoporating a new stair case and maximise the space in to your new loft.
5 - All our loft conversions are built from the outside of the property to minimize the disturbance to your family and your home. For most of the project all of the tradesmen and materials will be accsessed to your property via the scaffolding and in to your loft area.
6 - At Rendells we like to start the week by getting together with yourselves to discuss what works are taking place at that present time. And also at the the end of the week to discuss what has been done on the project. This gives the customer their oppertunity to change any aspect of the design on their loft conversion/extension. So that once the project is finished it will be extactly as required.
7 - We can finish your new loft conversion/extension to your liking I.E some customers like to do thier own painting and finishings if not Rendells will complete all paint work If required. also If required all flooring and capreting can be completed. the last thing on Rendells agenda is a complete clean of the new work and any effected areas.
8 - The last payment from yourselves for the work that has been completed will not be required untill Building controll have sighned off all the work to latest regulation standards. Rendells is fully insured to undertake any project as required.
We are currently insured with direct line buisness insurance this is a full tradesmen and proffesion work insurance policy. this is renewed automatically each year. We are registered under Rendells Loft Conversion South West L.T.D United kingdome BA214QE.
