Rendells was invited to project mannage this total conversion of the property. First was a full sized loft conversion bosting two double bedrooms and a luxury shared bathroom. Rendells had a further opertunity to complete three more projects for this customer over the next 4 years. This consisted of three extensions on each elevation of the property all of which was personally desighned and drawn up by the customer.

This involved removing/replacing doors, celings and walls, adding a staircaseand changing the use of a small bedroom in to a hallway/stairway up in to the loft.
