Rendells loft conversion South West L.T.D This high sepcification extension has been desighnd with supperior instalation and a volted celing. This gives a wonderfull light area, and makes a great family games room with large retracting door to open out to the garden area.

It gives me great pleasure to recomomend Mr.Gary Rendell to any prospective customer for the following reasons: I first engaged Mr. Rendell in 2009 to convert my loft into two bedrooms and a bathroom, accessible by a new staircase. This entailed raising one side of the existing roof and incorporating a new beautifully constructed dormer window section. I was highly impressed by his work crews expertise, speed of operation, care and attention to detail. So I engaged Mr.Rendell to build a further three ground floor extensions i.e lounge, dining room and kitchen, all of which were completed on time. Once work commenced the building crew remained in attendance the whole time, not sharing their time elsewhere on any other project. During the Building Inspectors visit, he remarked to me that the bricklayers and roofers work was exemplary.
